And even if you did get a working system, an area with sea ice in the winter would probably destroy it.

Because it's a discount. If they just priced drugs low they couldn't charge medicare and insurance as much. If they keep prices high but give out coupons they make more money from big payers and still some from small.

That's an interesting question since it's now a constitutional right. Deed restriction have been tossed before on constitutional violations, ( race and religious restrictions)
I'm not sure any litigation at all has been settled over that amendment yet, as it's broad and vague. The only case I've seen is over Sunday hunting.

All good reasons to unionize, but also damn good reasons to close a business. I don't see it being reasonable to be able to force a failed business location staying open by having a union vote.

Of course it won't. Why would they rebuild a plant on valuable land waterfront land with minimal space for a modern facility that is in an out of the way location they have to truck low value raw materials to a long distance?

State is probably not very competitive due to pay. Federal is really competitive due to pay, benefits, retirement etc. If your not a veteran with preference, probably about impossible.

The music festival just happened to have legal observers hanging around for no reason? Also legal observers aren't a thing. There is nothing that lets you trespass and participate in violent conspiracy's just because you are a lawyer.

You know that would seem like the case, except there aren't a glut of empty apartments. Most rent very quickly. So competition is keeping them full regardless of price.

Sure, it's fear. Though like a lot of fears it seems to be misplaced. If you read actual reports of trans related violence victims the vast majority of them appear to be domestic violence, or random. ( Stabbing in a fight at a party, killed in street robbery etc) In various lists I don't see a single report alleging any random violent trans related hate crime in the US last year. Certainly not any in Maine....

Sure. But your title was safety. No one caring is perfectly safe. You didn't ask will I be able to assume genders and label people as being trans based on the way they look. Sounds like people won't be safe from your assumptions about them.
