This case garnered public backlash as well.
But either way that’s how the Justice system works. The police arrested the man and the DA made the decision not to charge him.
Both cases were treated the same and had the same outcome. You said to compare them.

> Compare this to the way Bragg treated the bodega worker who was getting the shit kicked out of him by someone and stabbed him in self defense. Bragg tried to throw the book at him.
Actually no, Bragg did exactly the same he did in this case. He asked a judge to dismiss the case.
> In a motion to dismiss the case filed Tuesday morning, the district attorney’s office said that it would be unable to “prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant was not justified in his use of deadly physical force.” The case will not be presented to a grand jury.

Bike lanes have been made all over the city and almost none have replaced any parking.
Classic correlation doesn’t equal causation. Even your own link explains it lol! You’re stretching to create some kind of both sides boogeyman to make owning an e-bike some kind of virtuous act.
If you want to ride a battery powered bike, that’s fine. You’re not making a political statement, you’re not sticking to Trump, you just don’t have to peddle as much. Enjoy yourself and stay safe.

Really your post proved OPs point.

Radio stations can broadcast multiple feeds now. So most stations have a primary broadcast and sometimes multiple “hd” broadcasts of different formats.
“HD” is a dumb name because it literally means nothing. They named it that when HD tv was a buzz. But it just refers to the ability to broadcast multiple digital signals from basically the same frequency
It’s a newish technology. Most all cars in the last 5 years or so will have HD radio technology. Many since 2012 have had it though

He’s actually not playing in the field because of a previous elbow injury. He didn’t play the field at all this year because of that.
It’s separate from the broken hand he got this year

Look I get it. But just like Bonds actually hit all those HRs, the Astros actually won all those games and that championship. Even well after their scandal they’re still an incredibly good team.

Nah, Bryce Harper is one of the biggest stars of the sport. The Astros are the best team of the last 5 years.
It’s silly to think NY vs LA is the only “good” matchup.
San Diego is a small tv market compared to Philly or Houston. Not sure why you think them being there makes the entire west coast interested.

People aren’t being put in prison because someone is scared of being attacked, it’s because they literally were attacked.
And sure, you need to educate young people on abuse. That’s a fine idea. But how does it help someone being literally abused right now?
