This is a very hard to forecast storm and the amounts of snow will vary based on where you are in the state. I follow eweather on Twitter and his forecast is usually very accurate. They have an app too, if Twitter isn’t your thing.

Like, won’t they look at you weird for going in and sitting down with a coffee and a book in a store or is this an actual cafe section?
(Serious question. Don’t mock me please!)

We have an endocannabinoid system that is unique to us. Everyone is different. What works for one person may not necessarily work for another based on their specific endocannabinoid system. It really is best to try out a bunch of things and see what works for you. These are guidelines based on expected results but really it’s very personal and I’m grateful to have found what works for me.

You want CBG for physical pain and cbc for nerve pain. You want CBG for inflammation. CBD for inflammation. A bit of thc for entourage effect but not so much to make you high.
I recommend a nice type 2 flower from /r/type2trees and some CBG kief from Fern Valley Farms. Maybe pick up some Unicorn Butter from Flow Gardens since it’s high in CBC if you have nerve pain.
For anxiety/depression, look for strains high in linalool, limonene, ocimene and caryphylene (spelling? Typing this on the fly so may be spelled wrong).
I have a card for ptsd and don’t really use dispensary flower anymore. It’s not great. They’re not very helpful. I’ve read a lot on my own and this is what I use.

Blue State closed all their locations and Candlewood is in Fairfield, not Bridgeport (but they have really excellent coffee!). Shearwater is in Fairfield and Westport - Their roastery/warehouse is in Trumbull.

I’ll echo what the other poster said. Don’t take the GWB. We live Fairfield County and drive to New Jersey often as my husband’s family is all there. 19 times of 20, we take the Tappen Zee. It’s a little longer mileage wise but it’s always faster.
Personally, I’m like you. I dont like the GWB. Too many lanes, too confusing when you get off the bridge, the cross Bronx is a mess. Skip it!

I’m a ct medical card holder. I don’t buy my flower from the dispensaries. It’s cheaper to go to /r/type2trees and get something from there. I mix mine with hemp anyways. USPS will even deliver it for you.

Rain stops Friday around 3-4 pm. Temps will still be above freezing. Then the temp plummets and they will be out in full force treating the roads. They can’t pretreat because the rain will wash it all away.
By the time dawn on Saturday rolls around, the roads will be perfectly fine. It’s just gonna be really freakin’ cold and traffic is going to be abysmal. The roads being icy will be a non-issue

Look for your local goodwill store. They usually have drop off hours and a place to pull up. They give receipts! There’s one in Westport on Post Rd and in Fairfield on Kings Highway, not sure about elsewhere.

Didn’t they legalize right around the same time we did? So they’re “beating us” by a few months.
Big whoop. Drive <60 mins in any direction and buy legal weed.
There are far more pressing things for state government to worry about than than getting everyone marijuana. It’s not like there’s nothing else going on in the world keeping them busy?
