Nope, no claustrophobia. I think it's more the kidnapping aspect that bothers me. I only specified small spaces cause there's shows like Squid Game where people are kidnapped but there's this big facility they're in, that doesn't really bother me (yes they go willingly but it's the most popular example of this genre I can think of). Another big part of it is all these shows usually have an escape attempt every few episodes that always fails and that just makes me feel hopeless

Maybe a weird one but I cannot handle shows where someone is abducted and kept in a small place for most of the show. The biggest issue here is The OA, I believe everyone when they say it's amazing but it stresses me out so much I had to stop watching. Another show like this is The Patient, I'm sure there's some others I'm forgetting
