Hydrolock is when the engine won't turn from the liquid is the combustion chamber. You can hydrolock on pure gasoline. OP didn't hydrolock.

After seeing a sheet of ice/snow fly off a VSP cruiser earlier this year I can agree with them not cleaning off their cars either but...if you're going to pick on them at least get a VSP vehicle.

If they're especially obnoxious I change the mirror angle. If I'm in a decent-person mood then I just aim it down, if I'm pissed off or their on my bumper then it gets aimed back at them.

I'm not sure how they got slower than normal but there's Slow Church Services in East Dover. Google hasn't gone through there since 2009 so if the sign is that old, it's illegible on G-Maps.
