Reply to 84 Charing Cross Road a Subtle Charming Story about Friendship Between Book Lovers by boxer_dogs_dance
My mother is both an Anglophile and a bibliophile, so the book and movie is one of her all time favorites. I appreciate the relationship they grow together and how it's never romantic or sexualized. I totally understand how this isn't going to be everyone's cup of tea, but it is an amazing work.

Oh sweet summer child I was back then. I got out of that one and figured out what I had done wrong. Then grew and became a better person. Now I'm married to the love of my life (for 17 years now) and she loves me the way I need and I love her the way she needs.
