This was my first time making a sauce with the blueberries. It did turn more of a red color as it sit. I’m not sure why.

I made a sauce with them using sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla and a little bit of water. Brought to a boil and then simmered for around 3-5 mins.
