Cook the steaks and finish them with some garlic and parsley compound butter, then when they are resting add a bit more of the butter to the same pan and fry the broccoli until a bit charred, then add a splash of water and cover to steam until cooked through.

Haha thank you for the offer, the date night was with my girlfriend of 9 years though so don’t pin your hopes on it!
