I’m just going to list what hasn’t already been said: Total Recall (1990), Minority Report. The most eerie eye opening one for me was the HBO documentary: The Truth About Killer Robots (don’t be fooled by the name, it’s not what you think ie. Robocop or iRobot etc) it’s a bit slow to start, as it progressively show you how far and fast Ai is rapidly changing the world we once knew. Highly Recommend.
Edit: a few I forgot about more along the lines of singularity; Gattaca, The Island, In Time, Fahrenheit 451 (2018)
