That's what happens when you leave them on the counter and then walk out of the room. I can't tell you how many times I've walked out of the room to hear that thing hit the ground a few seconds later.

I put double stick tape on an old dresser I have to keep my cat off. Didn't work. The double stick tape took the cheap wood finish off. The cat still jumps on it and it also has a nice racing stripe on the top now.
