I personally approach it as a hierarchy.

  1. Get structured. Without structure in your life all subsequent steps are going to fail. Set yourself a bed time, set a wake up time, block off time to do your chores each week, block off time to exercise etc... The more structure you can bake into your life the easier the subsequent steps will be.
  2. Get Healthy. It's hard to focus or be motivated when you feel like crap and it doesn't take anything super extreme to feel far better. Get a nutrition plan together, do meal prep on Sundays, Focus on 50% fruit and veg, 40% Leanish protein and 10% grain / starch and stay hydrated. Track what you consume in a tracker (myfitnesspal for example) to make sure you're reasonably within your needs. Cut out the alcohol, smoking or anything like that and get 45 minutes of exercise 4-5 times a week, even if it's just a brisk walk around the block. Get enough sleep and boom, you'll feel great and your stress levels will drop
  3. Figure out your plan with your goal in mind. I can't really give any specific advice here because I know nothing about you but once you've set a good personal foundation for structure and health it's going to be a lot easier to execute on your plan to bring financial / career / social / personal success.
