Except they won't say "nothing". They'll say something so incredibly unlikely to exist it may as well be.
But then when you present them with that impossible evidence they'll find some way to discount it.

I like the flexibility of having multiple TVs, but yeah, it does certainly feel excessive.

Oof, that's a doozy.
If you have a friend with too many tools see if they have an impact driver with a 90 degree adapter.
I would be very very worried about rounding off that Allen bolt. Make absolutely sure any tool you use is perfectly seated and tight before you apply any force.

I'm with you on not wanting a TV above the fireplace.
But is no TV at all better?
Is TV just not a big thing in your family, or do you have a different room for TV watching?

I suppose there are lots of reasons for a property to go off the market and come back without having sold. I don't know if offers that fall through show up in the history for example.
I bought in the weird time where if a house was on the market for more than a week there was something wrong with it.

What country are you in? Never heard of realestate.com and it doesn't even come up on Google.
Is the problem with the word "listing"? Would it be more accurate if I say "the webpage you look at when a house is for sale"?
Thanks for your edit. (And for editing the URL to add the .au). It turns out it's not a website difference -- it's a COUNTRY difference. I apologize for not realizing you were not familiar with how the US real estate market works.
It's wrong for me to be US-centric, but it's incredibly bizarre for you to assume that Australia is the country we're all talking about.

It's by address. The history goes back decades. Go look at like any listing online.
You can't just "make a new listing" unless you're changing the address. Down voting doesn't change it.

That still shows up. You can see every time it sells too. Unless you're talking like, outside of MLS or something.
Redfin even slaps a little badge on it saying "Back on market"

Doesn't it say how long a house has been on the market right in the listing?
EDIT: I'm talking about the US, just so we're clear.

I like regular bolts, because you can always tighten them or replace them. The wood doesn't need to hold the fastener and doesn't wear out like it does when you use screws.

That may be true...
But that doesn't mean that a tree company will be willing to actually do that trimming without permission.
My neighbor removed a bunch of trees from their property, and while they were at it, they wanted to remove some branches that overhung their property. The tree was technically on my property.
I didn't care, but the tree removal company needed my permission. They gave me a letter to sign.
I suspect this might be pretty common. Tree removal company doesn't want to be in the middle of a neighbor fight. So even if it's legal to do it, they don't want to be liable

Keep the abuse secret? Are you serious with this shit?
No. Long before you found this relationship you had your friends and family. They care about you. You should absolutely feel free to get outside opinions whenever you want. Relationships aren't perfect. Everyone knows this. But trying to keep everything a secret is a great way for things to get real fucked up.
If there's something about your relationship you feel like you can't tell your close friends or family you need to REALLY think about why that is.
