I've only one issue with this, the population data doesn't seem accurate. Also you're using Mercator projection, in which perfect circles on the earth's surface get more and more distorted the farther you go from the equator, so a circle centred at NYC wouldn't be a perfect circle on the map.

For those wondering this cow is potentially from Indian subcontinent, the bos indicus type. We revere them as a mother spirit, and believe that all the deities live in her.

Edit: I did some research and found that some African native breeds also have that hump on the back. So this cow might be from that region too.
