Yes. It excludes one third of the state. I mean, we're ok being excluded but like most "plans" there's no effort to include anything west of Worcester.

We just drove past I-91, and it's desolate and unsettled. We use movie sets and holographs to create the illusion of cities and towns during September and October for the Big-E and leaf peeping.

10: hey! This place doesn't have a men's room and a women's room.
11: huh?
10: there's a sign on each door that says, "restroom."
11: and?
10: it's like a gender reveal...door opens a man comes out... that's the men's room....door opens and a woman comes out... that's the women's room.
11: unless they're non-binary...then it's just a restroom, like the sign says. Do your business. Flush the toilet. Wash your hands. Job, done.
