The Houston Zoo is a nice zoo. They do a lot of work on animal rehabilitation and preservation. At one point their Lion was an animal that had once been some lady’s pet and was declawed. Should they have have sent him back into the wild?

The tortoises are actually getting a new exhibit next month. They’re my favorites so I’ve really been looking forward to seeing it.

I’ve read both and The Remains of the Day was way better.

I’ve never read any of her stuff but the way people talk about them makes them sound like Danielle Steel.

I don’t think Larry McMurtry gave a fuck about twists? It was just part of the story. It was never meant to be a mystery.

This is one of the weirdest takes on books I’ve ever seen. You get mad when you can’t predict the ending? So you get upset when a book surprises you? What?

Sometimes it’s nice to read something you don’t have to think about too much.
