Cesar's Old Mexico on Sunshine and Oak Grove, or El Pablano off Kansas Expressway and Norton, roughly. Cesar's has GREAT Chile Verde, and El pablano has some of the best tortilla soup I've had in a long time.

Traffic court in Springfield is a dream compared to most places. Nothing in the mail, the date should be on the citation. You will go in, they'll tell you which court room, the judge will call u up and ask if u plead guilty or non. If u plead guilty it's gonna be around $40 in court fees, $60 in fines, and a potential point off your license. You will also have the opportunity to push it out another month, and at that point you'll be able to speak with the prosecutor to try and avoid points off your license. I've lived in more cities than I can count, and this has to b the simplest traffic court I've ever dealt with. Good luck!
