India is already a part of Quad (India, US, Aus, Japan), but the UK is missing from that. India is also running military exercises with some major western countries, but hasn’t signed any mutual defence pact. They won’t join an alliance that requires that anytime soon.

I don’t get it. What’s not about combat aircraft? This article also claims that Germany has ruled out sending jets, but does not provide enough of the quote / context as evidence.

The rest of the article is about ground troops and no fly zones.

Where in the article does it say that though?

I’ve recently had to actually read BBC articles because their headlines always mislead me, especially with the headlines like “Ukraine isn’t happy with how little aid the west gives them”.

> In an interview with Tagesspiegel, Mr Scholz said his focus was on the delivery of German-made Leopard 2 tanks.

>"The fact we've only just made a decision [on sending tanks] and the next debate is firing up in Germany, that just seems frivolous", he said.

How is that ruling out sending jets? Can someone link an article where it actually quotes what he said?

Could the rate of murders not just be due to physical differences rather than sexism? Generally speaking, it’d be harder for a woman to kill a man, than the other way around.

I don’t understand how a crime could be sexist unless it’s on an individual level. What you’re saying doesn’t make sense to me. That’s the same as saying any white person committing a crime against a black person (in the US, UK, etc.) is committing a racist crime, regardless of whether or not the race was reason for the crime.
