That was a joke.. But rly, you can't know if it's better to exist because you could not exist and still be "alive" in some energy state or idk. We know actually nothing about how universe works, so perception of these things is usually relative to person. Only death is probably the same for everyone

The whole time Iam talking about psychical trauma, I just couldn't think of different examples. And Stockholm syndrome has nothing to do with trauma.

Trauma isn't just about a loss. Definition says: "a deeply distressing or disturbing experience"
So for example if you are a part of a car accident, where everyone survives just having light injuries, you can get trauma so you won't like traveling in a car. You can get truma for actually stupid things sometimes (like falling off of a bicycle), and that's a sign of being psychically weak.

No, trauma is the state where the person still didn't get over it. Gettin over trauma is building characters, not tze trauma itself.
