Digital title on file with state is way better then trying to hold on to a paper title

I opened HYSA with ally. I also opened a checking acct with them so it would give me instant access if needed.

Then forgot about it.

Let your lifestyle creep up… to 80k or so. It’s ok to live.

Still leaves 100k to bank.

I’ve never escrowed. I just budget my own bills each month and the county mails me my tax bill.

Now does that $7000 check hurt to write. Maybe. But I saved it each month in a separate account so it didn’t hurt this month’s budget.

Someone needs to tell MTG that’s how a bird should look.
