There's no such thing as inferior art.

The roads here will never be unshitty, not because of the terrain or age of the city but because of our lack of vision and will power.

I'm a huge fan of bleak dramas and most of them I'll probably never watch again. Dead Man's Letters, Angst, most Michael Haneke films, that kind of thing.

Is the thing people don't understand about Boondock Saints is that it was absolutely trash?

I don't think the app is set up that way. Anyone can send you money any time for any reason and you aren't prompted to accept or deny any transaction.

It's just the newest variation of a very old scam. It's tried and tested and still going strong.

I run a small business and for this reason we only accept Venmo from clients we trust or for small dollar amounts.

You don't have to accept it, it'll appear in your funds right away but technically the transaction hasn't gone through. They'll have a few days to cancel it before it becomes official.

Don't do anything. Definitely don't send them any money. As soon as you do they'll cancel the initial transaction and hope that you don't cancel the second transaction on yours.
Edit: I was wrong. Still a scam though so be careful!

If you haven't yet you might want to give Michael Haneke a spin.

That, and also when a movie shifts the entire industry to the and its formula is copied relentlessly for decades, the original tends to lose a bit of luster.

Not sure if it fits contextually but Robert Redford's head nod in Jeremiah Johnson immediately springs to mind.

Coke probably won't sue you if there's a coke bottle in the background giving them free publicity. But if the scene is objectionable or if, say, you're using it as a prop instead of it being in its natural environment, then you might have issues.

Open floor plans are all the rage these days. And anyway I'd take bad a beautiful designed building with good acoustics over sleeping on the street any day of the week.
