Well. I really dislike Twitter but considering that this is about the lack of proactive actions to prevent ISIS using it and not about them actively allowing it, they are definitely right that it is not the same. I mean it is still a question if Twitter can and should be requited to take proactive actions but just calling it the same as aiding and abetting terror is a stretch. The same way one could also argue that Toyota aids or abets terror when they produce white pickup trucks. I would rather look at companies like TikTok which have much more dubious interests here.

You could ask the same question about every city which has an jewish holocaust memorial. "do they have a memorial for all minorities or just for the one committing genocide on the Palestinian people"

I always find it absurd that especially the Jews which had to suffer under Nazi atrocities do not understand why the dispossession and destruction of an ethnic group is not OK.

Well, I don't speak about my bank. I speak about stuff like calling my grandmother pretending that I have problems and desperately need to raise a huge amount of money or calling my secretary to ask her to make a quick wire transfer to a company in Russia because we just made a business deal with them.

In a country where Indian call centers can steal billions of dollars from people by pretending to be the IRS or Microsoft Support and you need to send them Google Play Gift cards to pay your taxes, do you really doubt people would fall for this?

I think this will lift identity theft onto a next level. When your phone is hacked. Hacker not only have your contacts, your conversations, access to your email inbox, your SMS inbox, your scanned documents, your password manager, your online banking, your payment information, your private photos but also your voice to say whatever they want.

Well, not arguing against or for it. Just saying this is how I interpreted the situation. I think that it heavily depends on what the actual clip showed. If this was just some random video which has nothing to do with the case I do not see any grounds. But if the video made any suggestions regarding the case then I see how this may be a problem.
