I would also like to add while 365 days is a super accurate number to measure, 13 full moons (or 28-day months) wouldn't be a wild stretch for smallfolk woth no education to recognise a certain season has come around again with some reliability

They left the cat without food or water for 3 days while they travelled interstate. If the cat wasn't gonna die from drinking coolant (they already knew about and also the only hydration it had access to??), it wouldn't be a big reach to expect it'd die from some other neglect-based cause of death. OP revealed herself 💀

I had heard that taking naps at a certain window of time in the afternoon (say between 2-4pm) boosts HGH production, and is used by athletes to maximize strength/recovery vs other hrs of the afternoon.
And regularly being awake at the opposite end (3am) is detrimental because you don't experience the HGH/recovery benefit, even if you're sleeping well during other hours.
Does this idea have any validity? Or does it not matter as long as you're getting good quality, uninterrupted sleep?
