Thanks. But, for example, right now the Iphone has cero energy left. The boot loop can be solved if I fully charge the device?

Yes but it's a boot loop that doesn't let me get into the recovery mode. So that's why I think that it can be related to the battery. Right now has no power left. When I connect it to the power source and charges a little, it starts to do the cycle that I explained. If you have more info about the boot loop I would like you could share it pls
