The trend in EVs these days is to move to LFP, which is cobalt free.
Guess where cobalt will still be used in massive quantities? For refining petrol and diesel.

No, they are just small iterations actually. No one cell make that much of a big jump in one go. I follow battery news and youtube channels on the subject every single day.

Battery density improves around 5-8% per year, so the gains are small but steady. None of these 50% gains that always get talked about ever come to anything, but over time it all adds up.

Wholesale prices are now less than 1/6th what they were at peak in Europe. Those prices haven’t all filtered through yet, but they will. The high prices were due to all countries having to panic buy at the same time last year. Standard supply/demand economics.

They are not moving all production to India.
India has very high tariffs on imports, so they are producing some products locally to avoid import duties. China will remain the main production hub for the whole world. Nowhere else has the infrastructure and supply chains to cope like China does.

It's a bit like planting trees. The ones you plant today will be mature in 10-20 years (just as an example, I know there are fast growing trees), the more you keep planting the more trees there will be around.

It's intentional, they do research that brings companies down to the ground in flames, like the Hindenburg. That's why they chose the name.

Most of Europe has this too. Now I am thinking where OP is from this seems weird, this is standard packaging in vast parts of the globe.

It sends GPS location to emergency services and your emergency contacts, otherwise what would be the point? “Your wife has crashed, somewhere on planet earth. Good luck!”

It would have still been the crash detection guiding him to the GPS location of the crash.

Not sure what you mean, but they are probably dressed at St.George, who is the patron saint of England and who the St.George flag (England flag) is named after. You see thousands of people dressed like that for England games. The chain mail increases the cost of the outfit, so most opt not to use it.

Indeed. Everyone who wear rainbow shirts was asked to change them or cover them up or whatever, there were probably more than 10k people this happened to. Qatar is not going to arrange to kill anyone for wearing a rainbow shirt, they don't like rainbows, but they don't hate them that much.

How does it “forget”? It’s a computer. Computers store data or delete data, no? They don’t forget.
