what i'm trying to achieve right now is i want my body to look like a greek god, be outstanding in work imrpove my vocabualry, knowledge in school (criminology) and finances

that quote is my motivation to go hit the gym everyday it really inspires me to destroy my body

i think the lesson you can learn from everyday you've lived is some people will leave you someday no matter what your relationship with them in the end of the day you and yourself only will last so be stronger in all aspect in our lives physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally, so that if that shit happened to you, you are strong enough to take that shit and keep moving while you in pain and that's what really happened to me now some people will go and some will change the perspective towards you until they leave you and that shit hurts me alot thank you for reading this. i agree to this many people wants a results they will laugh at you while you're minding your business and you don't care cause the goal is to achieve greater things not to impress people

life is consist of upside down but i think a lot of hardship is more exciting to overcome rather than the blessing that you will recieve

YEAH! we can achieve everything by doing some good stuff in ourlives good habits will lead to good results and that shit is proven and tested

a simple life hack to get better everyday and outworked every one else in different types of field

quitting is not the best option why? everything in this world requires consistency just like you and you girlfriend you treat her well 'consistent' so that she is now your girlfriend etc. anyway life gives us what we wants if we truly believes and do the work everysingle day in our life consistently

it is same as me i worked out everyday 2x in morning and evening to become more discipline and feel more strong good decision my bruh keep doing it i believed in you hoping in your success someday in physical strength and in life

i think because while we're growing up we choose peace over drama we choose our self over other people that don't even know what we faced or we battled in every single day
