Reply to How to drop an MSU class? by JAOrman
Call the registrar’s office and ask them. It will save a lot of time jacking around on the missouristate.edu website. 417-836-5000. Ask for the registrar’s office. Then explain that you‘re a dual credit student and need to drop your course and don’t know how. Let them help you, and follow the steps.

Reply to Does anyone know some good LGBT-friendly counselors/therapists in the Howell / Oregon region? by CandyCornKing6
The counselors at The Porch in West Plains are great. Ask for Mr. Erin Rigdon, Ms. Dana Fleming or Ms. Audrey Thomas for kids. There are other therapists in the group who are also good.

Don’t be late for class. They hate that and unless they’ve changed things drastically you get one chance and then you‘re out. There are people on the waiting list who will show up on time.

Reply to I miss The Palace theater by iced-macchiato
I’m with you on all those great theaters being gone. I remember seeing the Blues Brothers at the Fremont 3, and so many different episodes of Star Wars silliness at the Battlefield Mall. Sheesh.
Hey you’re missing out on the best option still left in town: the Moxie. I guess it may be still considered “new” because it’s probably only been around for what, 20 years or so? But it’s great. Two theaters, neither are too big, both are comfortable. With beer and wine (so what else do you need?). Interesting movie options that most of the other theaters don’t show.
