I was on the season tix waiting list from 1994 until they built the new stadium. When the new stadium was built they finally called and the seats were $25k each so I didn’t get them then. Come to today when I can afford seats and they were nowhere near that amount.

Depends where you are. $1000 for the nose bleeds per seat and up from that. You own the license and can sell it if you don’t want to go anymore. BTW the “old” stadium was pretty shitty the new one is so much better. Bitter much?

Look for larger tailgates they tend to have more food and are more welcoming - at least the one I am part of anyway. (I’m a NY Giants season tix holder).

Another thing to consider. Fuel oil is priced with delivery included. The .49 - .73 is just the cost for the fuel. Distribution plus other fees brings my cost to about $1.72 a therm. That is the number that should be used to compare to Heating oil or Propane. What would be interesting would be the cost comparison for electric heating.

A Therm roughly equals one gallon of fuel oil. $.73 is still much cheaper.

We got rid of our Grand Cherokee when it started having electrical issues. Fixing it could end up costing $$$$$$.
I just had an issue with my car where a mouse chewed wires. It ended up costing $3,000 luckily it was covered by insurance.

My wife was living there when we first met. We lived there for 3 years. It’s a nice town the only reason we didn’t buy there was because it was pretty expensive back in 2004.

Maple Garden Apts are actually pretty nice. They are right next to the Garden State Parkway so if living right next to a highway turns you off it's not the place for you. I think what the other person is referring to is that Irvington/ East Orange and Newark are all places people wanted to leave decades ago. Today they aren't bad as you can see there is some invensment going into properties now.
