Been using the app for several months now - big fan! I was constantly looking for a better way to to record my sets/reps/weights beyond a notepad, and this app did all that with ease. I also liked suggested progression for weight - I have a tendency not to push myself enough beyond the comfort zone, so "being told" to go higher was good motivation for me.
Really like the variety of programs available. I was following Greg Nuckols' program when I had gym access, and now am following a couple of "no gym" programs. Which is another thing I like: I can have multiple programs going at once. Also appreciate the alternative exercise options where available.
Would love to see a program focusing on core strength added!
