Wait it’s 30 days cumulative if I’m reading that right? That’s pretty ridiculous lol. So if I spend a weekend every month they’d still suspend my license? Lol

You can be sued over anything by anyone. You would have a lower chance of losing, but not 100% impossible.

If they’re going to drive anyway, would you rather them be licensed and insured, or neither licensed nor insured?

The problem is I don’t trust phub with a zero knowledge proof, and there’s no point in even pretending the government would try.

I mean, They already have the choice, just maybe not through a hospital.
However, It’s another thing entirely for a doctor to suggest offing yourself over a bill. That would be my main worry—insurance companies pushing death instead of treatment. It already happens, more or less, this would just be explicit.
