Three biggest categories missing I think would be Mexican, Italian, and Chinese. I also think a fine dining category would be good.

I like being able to drive into DC (as a visitor in the last and local now) and be able to drive and more importantly park without a massive headache or financial hardship.

After I started getting that crap at fast food places, I stopped caring what they think of me when I hit no tip.

The etiquette is you say goodbye in a polite way and both go on your separate ways. Then you log into the Uber app and they book you to get home.
