Fixed it for you. Sure, there are places way, way worse, but when it comes to developed nations, we are really the only place where these issues exist.

From a technological standpoint, we will effectively eliminate all accidents once we let AI drive and ban humans from driving. Properly trained AI will handle virtually any scenario better then a human. We aren't quite there yet, but if we actually put resources into it, it could happen practically overnight.

No. Cut the federal military budget, and reallocate that to social programs

And would do virtually nothing in the end, its barely a drop in the bucket.
The real answer cut the military budget and start funding education.

I rent, but I grew up in a large house with a heat pump.
My in-laws are building up near Rochester and putting in geothermal, same idea, but better.
Pink_Slyvie t1_jcs2lkb wrote
Sprinkler, for what? Native foilage doesn't need it.
If you own, install solar and an electric heat pump, and get rid of any gas utilities. The (second) best investment you can make.
If you rent, well, we are fucked, anywhere. They won't invest in properties, and it costs us more every year.

Good answers!
It's worth noting, you can get an inspection sticker 2 months early. If it's due in April, you can get it inspected in February, and get April stickers. Make it clear to the mechanic If you want to do that though, they often will put on the earlier month if you aren't very, very clear.
