I do own a welding hood, and I've made a few sturdy pieces, but I have zero training in welding. I'd like to get into TIG(edit: almost entirely recreationally, at least at first. Don't want anyone thinking I'm building bridges , or some shit). Are the colors your fill rod, or your pool, gas mix, something else?

I don't anticipate getting a whole lot of time to practice, but I probably have most of the standard equipment at my disposal.
