I write myself a birthday letter every year to my future self next year and another at 5 year intervals (so I receive a bunch of them when I turn 40, 45, etc)

It's really nice to get snapshots of my life every year. Been doing it for almost a decade now.

Used to use FutureMe, but now I just schedule the email to myself through Gmail.

I had the thought the other day that ai created Bitcoin as a way to push humanity to exponentially increase their computing power. After this crypto nonsense fizzles out, all those processing data centers have to do something, why not power ai?

Someone smarter than me can write a story about that if they want haha
