Reply to Chart: 5G Dwarfs All of 4G's Specs by thinkB4WeSpeak
Bull-fucking-shit. Data my ass go try using that shot anywhere and see what happens to your battery life and connectivity. Verizon has repeatedly told me to run off 4G to avoid “service issues” so 5g can suck a nut. Someone should have sued this entire industry for this sham. They wanted to upgrade their internals then fine don’t market it as an up sell, it’s your infrastructure ffs.

Preview of how accessible this technology will be for the rest of us. Isn’t that quaint?

No they didn’t. That’s a bullshit story. Of course if you want step tracking to work you have to allow access to other sensors. If you want to use Maps of course your location is by definition being shared. People that read that story and ran with it don’t understand how things work and it shows.

Again, you’re triggered. No one asked you to engage in this discussion but you were so bothered that you had to say something. Was it worth it? Did we learn anything? Has anything demonstrably changed? Fucking no. I hope you grow from this.

Progress by definition involves iterating outside of established norms into new directions and ways of thinking. Conservatism is ideologically opposed to progress, so yes, this is a leftist sub. Society is leftist. You want conservative government, go to Iran. They love traditional values.

Lol there will be zero humanoid robots in commercial use in the next 15 years, especially if the one pitching them is musk.

Oh well maybe stop cancelling every fucking thing you make 15 minutes after launching it and you’ll stop hemorrhaging cash you chucklefucks. No one wants to pay you? Fucking WILD how that works I cannot fathom why no one would trust the creators of long running well supported platforms like Stadia and Nest and Fitbit, truly the worst stewards of all their acquisitions.
If you run an “idea percolator” as they like to fancy themselves, that expense is a given, but it kinda requires you end up with saleable, finished products that people can rely on. Google and it’s management are in an abusive relationship with consumers, and consumers are catching on.
