Completely unrelated to ops post but as a person who lived in NH and spent a fair amount of time in VT....I absolutely love your upvote and downvote Icons .... in fairness NH isn't exactly Alabama but it might well be the Alabama of the Northeast... I'd still prefer it to Connecticut though.

I've always said the only "pure maple syrup" I'll buy is from Vermont.... I've been Told Quebec is relatively legit as well, but unless I recieve it as a gift or am a guest in another house I'll never try it 🙃
