I wasn’t, it didn’t seem the best model to me, at least conceptually. Anyway, my thesis supervisor asked me to, and I wasn’t so sure about its applicability to that kind of data, and also on the meaning of using it in that context 🤷🏻‍♀️

I wouldn’t, in fact it doesn’t make sense for me… however I was asked to do it by my supervisor, so I’m a bit confused

I have as features the values for gene expression and miRNA production for a specifical type of tumor. I don’t have many patients sadly, having only ~300 samples.

Thanks! I was asked by my supervisor to perform an overall 0/1 classification, but for me it doesn’t make so much sense!
