This is one of my favorites. Lighthouse Liquor in Canton regularly carries it.

If your rental company won't deal with it, get legal advice. A letter from your lawyer to the company might do the trick- violating your right to "peaceful enjoyment" by not enforcing the noise ordinance in your building, or whatever it says in your lease (I have no idea legally- so get advice).
Also, consider your neighborhood association as well- in some neighborhoods the associations get super involved with repeat noise violations.

Agree. But also Stackhouse in Canton has a great beer selection, maybe second to Max's. Mahaffey's is cooler.

Greyhound and Peter Pan both serve NYC from the Greyhound station down by the casino, much closer than Whitemarsh. China Bus is out by the O'Donnell interchanges, forget exactly where, I think on O'Donnell or the cutoff.

Even a lot of the breweries also have a non-beer option or two on tap though.

I don't see a link. But Safeway rents carpet cleaners, they might have them. I think the Ace Hardware stores do to, probably some of the other supermarkets- I'd call around.

There are a number of homebuyer incentives available in Baltimore and Maryland not all income-based, and different ones at different income levels- including up to some fairly high levels. I suggest you start at Live Baltimore, they have them all listed. Also choose a lender who can help you work through which ones make sense- in my case it was cheaper to go with a private mortgage with a lower rate, rather than the state program I qualified for where even with the incentive, the higher loan rate offset it. Lots of variables, and working with a trusted lender will help you sort out what's right for you.
