Just lovely. Looks like a generic Miami Beach condo now. Just what any downtown in the Northeast needs for a signature structure. Ugh.

This is a very common misconception, but Wayland Manor is on the East SIDE of Providence, not in East Providence, which is a completely different city. Wayland Manor is - far and away - in the best area on your list. Lots of convenience (shopping, things to do, etc.) within walking/biking distance. And, it's a beautiful old neighborhood developed during the streetcar period. I hope this helps.

The Coolidge Corner one is a nightmare! I like the one at Patriot's Place. Endless parking and lots of space!!!!
