If you're in Providence, Louis Family Restaurant on Brook St (over by Brown) does beer and wine. Pretty sure I've seen residents just off their shift at the hospital with an omelette and a beer in the mornings

Depends how big the stuff is. My Dad loves to use the flat rate boxes at the Post Office because he ships stuff that is small but heavy out to his brother in Hawaii. They have a few different size boxes:

WOW in East Providence lists their babysitting hours as:
Monday-Thursday: 4:30PM – 7:30PM
Saturday: 8:30AM – 11:30AM

Not sure of cost, etc...

Brown has a Department of Portuguese and Brazilian Studies and their homepage says their a "community-oriented department". Couldn't hurt to shoot them an email and ask if they do public classes for the community or know an organization/grad student that does?

I agree. I had to travel for work and rented a car. Hopped in it and the "headlights" came on - actually didn't think about it b/c mine are fully automatic. Too bad they were just the running lights, if someone hadn't caught my attention at a stop light to tell me the rear lights weren't on I'd never have known.

They've left the dealer plate holder on to cover up the fact that it's a Combination plate, not a regular passenger plate. Nice try.
