I did a poll on this exact topic in this sub the other day: https://www.reddit.com/r/iphone/comments/109j2rv/how_do_you_most_often_charge_your_iphone/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf

Conclusion: Yes, people do continue to use the charging port — more so than not.

Wireless charging has taken a chunk of users, though. MagSafe seems to be the primary wireless charging option for iPhone users in this sub — which is a decent first ‘win’ for MagSafe in iPhones. Still a ways to go to catch the traditional lightning cable, though.

In Canada they are since around 2015. The Canadian government passed a law that disallows carriers from locking phones, and carriers must unlock any phone (locked prior to the law) for free.

I buy every book that I’ve read or am going to read. Sometimes new, sometimes used at a much better price.

I love having physical copies of all of the books that I’ve read, and I love building up a little library that I can display, refer back to, read again, lend out, discuss, etc.
