Vermont Flannel and Skida are so good. Both have great VT stories

Wouldn’t you rather pay $80 for a flannel made in Vermont and help the local economy rather than shit from LL Bean that’s made overseas?

Mont Vert cafe for coffee/brunch. On the weekend, you’ll wait awhile for food and seating is limited, but coffee is pretty good. Village Butcher is a must for lunch. Their meats selection is great and sandwiches are delicious. For some shopping, stop into Gillingham’s General Store and Vermont Flannel. I could spend hours in Gillingham’s finding cool things and if you aren’t from VT, Vermont Flannel is a quirky place to stop that sums up the stereotype of the state.
Have a fun trip! Enjoy the crowds.
