Can the screen be fixed? I suppose if it’s melted down to its base elements and recasted. I suggest just replacing the screen instead.

It’s the Bundle ID. This is used to identify the app on the back end for management and development among other purposes.

Looks like the Apple Store app is displaying its Bundle ID for some reason. Removing the app and reinstalling should fix it if you needed the app.

If you need a phone now, just get one. If you have an iPhone X or newer and it’s working fine just wait.
The iPhone updates have been unimpressive iteration upgrades for years. The iPhone 15 should see the largest changes in years and it likely when we will see USB-C thanks to the EU and India.

No. Unless you have money burning a hole in your pocket there is no reason once so every to upgrade phones more than every 4 years or so. If you do have $1500 burning a hole in your pocket find something to invest in.

The word limited and iOS tend to go very well together. I’m fairly certain Apple will keep using USB 2.0 as they did when the 10th gen iPad and that will be the main limitation. It’s always nice to buy a $1000 device with 20 year old tech in it.
