If you use the curb app for taxi's it's upfront pricing. It's a bit higher than Uber, except when there's surge pricing. So, that's when I use it.

A bit off topic. But, I once knew someone who went to Olive Garden in NYC. 🙄

I have no idea how they make money. No minimum. There have been times when my order has been divided between two stores and something for $5 has been sent for free by UPS.

I use CVS carepass. It costs $48 a year. BUT you get a $10 promo code every month, which more than makes up for that. You can order online and as long as you buy one CVS item such as a CVS or Gold Emblem product, delivery is free. My last order was for $32.75, but with the $10 promo code and other discounts on my carepass card, I ended up spending $10.48. I just add things to my shopping cart and order once a month. Delivery comes from stores around the country, sometimes more than one and usually arrives in 3-5 days by UPS.Â

I'll miss him. But, even more I will miss Al. I know he's going to get a podcast and a weekend show. I am hoping for a something show in which Al just speaks off the cuff.

Yes, that's what Al will be doing. Podcasts and a show on a weekend day. That's when I want the something show.
I never got the impression Angelo was hostile about hockey. It just wasn't his favorite sport. There was also little discussion from the callers, especially in the last several years.

Say what you want, but he was prepared and was an excellent interviewer. I will miss him, but even more I will miss Al. I hope when they give him his new spot, it's a two hour something show.

Reply to As a resident of Philadelphia that doesn't care about football, convince me why I should care? by Shrewlord
- Nothing is slower than soccer
- Fans of other cities are much more destructive than Philadelphia fans. But, because 50 years ago a crappy Santa Claus was booed, the lazy media still thinks that defines Philadelphia fans.
- That has nothing to do with the game of football.
All that being said, I don't give a rat's ass if you are a football fan or not.

Alice, 15th and Locust. Cut into the square sizes you want. And, don't miss the gelato (from Gran Caffe A'lquila).

Honestly, I would do whatever is the easiest. Even if you aren't the biggest fan, your guests will like them.
