Self therapy. Building a support network around you. Figuring out your symptoms, triggers, and so on and working on them.
It worked to help me, though I have recently started counselling. Still too early to say how helpful counselling is though.

My Crohn's Disease is triggered by stress a lot of the time. Stress is caused by things that are "all in the head". My Crohn's Disease is therefore all in the head and I shouldn't worry that my intestines are completely fucked and I've thrown up my own shit before due to how fucked they are.

For some reason I thought it was from the 21st of December (Winter Solstice) to the 1st of January (New years day). It makes more sense to me that way at least.

I am painfully aware of this when I went to the beach as a kid only to be bombarded with thousands, if not more, of flying small spiders. They were EVERYWHERE!
