If you're looking at an Airbnb in that building, make sure it is permitted and licensed. You don't want to be kicked out after a week if it turns out the building doesn't allow sublets or short term rentals.

It feels like 3 months of October, and it's eerie. I hope we get at least one big storm before Spring.

Why are people downloading this? Don't we all want increased PATH service? (Not saying this is a fair trade, just saying if they HAVE to close the tunnel, they may as well increase PATH frequency at night.)

One more reason not to go to Manhattan at night anymore. (Although, as someone else mentioned, it would be good if this motivates them to increase late night PATH service.)

I've tried Amazon Fresh, While Foods, and Instacart. Amazon Fresh is the least expensive but has fewer options and quality issues. Whole Foods tends to be the freshest. Instacart has most options but highest fees.

Yes definitely could have been an innocent mistake, but I was glad they caught it. They've also sent me alerts sometimes when I intentionally tip above 20%, but it's good they check for that.

I once had a $7 tip changed to $70. Thankfully, Capital One sends an alert if the tip seems unreasonably high.

Also grew up in CA and have lived out here for 20 years now. Rockaway Beach is great in the summer. It's not Malibu lol, but still gives a sense of getting outside the city and is accessible by subway. I've heard there are some good hiking spots upstate accessible by Metro North trains. Central Park is also beautiful and huge with lots to explore.
Typical Saturday for me is running errands and then meeting friends for dinner/drinks (or beach in the summertime). If the weather is bad or it's been a super hectic week, Saturday is ordering in and binge watching.

This ☝️ There are waaay bigger fish to fry than noise...on the subway...in the largest, most dense, most public transit reliant city in the country.

Yes, Hoboken adds time on the weekends which is annoying, but it's still only about 20 minutes end to end (less if you're getting off in between). And if taking WTC line, it's less than 10 minutes. Personally, I'd rather rely on PATH than the L.
