Was just thinking this morning how much I hate winter but how pretty the snow on the trees look. I’m a little north of downtown so maybe it’s not as slushy/grey up here?

No it’s actually somewhat chilly until you get moving. But stacking boxes for hours can build up some sweat. Being inside the truck unloading in the summer is another story of sweat 😅

You will certainly not come out smelling like poop 😂. It really was an easy job as long as you do your job and stay on task.
I told them I’d stay on call and just pick up shifts when I wanted (they have a good system for picking up and dropping shifts) but I guess they don’t allow that.

I could never understand how they don’t get a better ac or heat system for inside the truck. I heard other locations have a tube that goes the whole way in to blow cold air.
I would do any job there…except go kart unloading (dunno if they still have those). Whoever created those didn’t think that process through 😂

I did PIT5 as a second part time job and it was fine. The management changed a lot but as long as you do your job, no one bothers you.
I do miss the fact that I got payed $16 an hour to essentially work out 😂

Same here. The viruses going around in the schools are rough this year. Ended up doing Grubhub for pizza. Had to do it twice cause the first order went through but they actually weren’t open.

The company I used to work for was based out of PNC Park and I always loved getting quacked at when they went by…well they were really quacking at Roberto Clemente 😂

Was curious on your thoughts/studies about ibuyers and how they impact the housing market?
I believe they are making it harder for homebuyers (increased pricing, manipulation of pricing when purchase power increases in one area, less willing to lower pricing, not sharing true property sales history on websites, selling over 20% of properties to investors (with almost half of those being off market).
