There are some good ones on the list. Klobes is great during the week, on the weekend I've gotten done dry BBQ. If you like bread pudding, this is THE place to go for dessert, with several varieties available (Bourbon Rum is really good).

Reply to How’s Columbia for Allergies? by Healith
My kid's pediatrician said it best "if you didn't have an allergy before moving to Maryland you will now". He was right, before moving here I didn't have allergies, since moving here I found I now have some allergies.

Sorrento's in Arbutus is one of my local favorites, a bit of a drive but worth it. Pazani in Elkridge (Marshalee Drive, just off Rt 100 & 103)

It's good, especially for this area.

None of the local food rises to the level of the Mexican food you can get in the southwest; I chalk it up to locally sourced ingredients. That being said La Papalapa in Ellicott City is our favorite with La Papalapa Too is a close second ( and my preference for lunch).

Great Sage is definitely the best for vegan cuisine in this area.

The Silver Dinner has many vegetarian and some vegan options. For Mexican in this area my vegetarian wife prefers La Papalapa in old Ellicott City.

I'm a fan of Kings Contrivance and Atholton (an out parcel near KC). The downside is one of BWIs arrival lanes flys right over that area.
