Your welcome to come and teach. You probably wouldn't last a week. It's NOT the teachers. It's the parents who don't raise their kids properly and expect the school to do it for them.

I agree with all except for not placing any blame on the parents. It's 90% the parents. DCF has their hands bound because no one wants to foster so these kids are staying with their parents who don't give a shit about them and would rather have to schools raise their kids. Kids coming to school with bruises, multiple reports to DCF and nothing being done. There are kids going to kindergarten who aren't even bloody potty trained yet. Kids in third grade who can't even read or do basic addition yet don't have an IEP.
We are pulling our kid out of public school to go online because there is no learning anymore. All teaching time is taken up to correct behavior.

If you see a guy in a company vehicle driving crazy call the company up and tell them. Trust me they want to know and 90% of them will take action.
But also Try driving a work van and see how many rich people take offense when you pass them. It's mind boggling. Lexus, Mercedes, BMW, tesla, etc. I have my cruise control on at all times on the highway and the amount of leapfrogging that occurs with these drivers is nuts.. It's like they can't stand that a blue collar worker passes them. Never have this issue with lower end vehicles and trucks.

100% true. You should have more upvotes.
Recently replaced a junk 10yo triangle tube pristige high eff propane boiler with a buderus oil boiler in my own home. This is after pulling my hair out servicing high efficiency boilers and having to replace them when they are only 7-10 years, yet still servicing oil boilers that are older than me!

HVAC tech here. I would recommend keeping your boiler and supplementing with a decent wood stove. That's what I do. Thermostat stays at 50 at all times other than weeknights and weekend mornings when I boost it up to 60 while running my wood stove to get up to temp fast. Then I drop it down to 50 again and let the wood stove heat it up to 68. I've use about 100 gallons of oil this year in a 1925 2500 sqft house using this method. Yes it's cold when I go get my coffee in the morning. Easily fixed with thick sweats and a decent pair of slippers.
The issue with almost all high efficiency boilers and heatpumps is that they are considered disposable after 10 years. Not worth maintaining or fixing after that.
Electricity is only going to rise in price. As more people buy electric cars and install heat pumps there is going to be more stress on the grid which means rising prices to maintain and supply more.
This also mean less of a demand on propane and oil, and who knows, maybe it will start to drop in price as well. I would at least give it another year or two to see how the prices fluctuate.

I'm on call a lot, and I get called out at night a lot. It's gotten horrible the last couple years. Especially the auto high beams that don't shut off when they are behind someone. Constantly getting blinded in the mirrors.

It's not 46 take home pay. It's 46 including pension, health care etc. Pretty sure the take home pay at Cooper and mountain air is around 30-35. Both are union. NEA, VT Mech, Avonda, Alliance, are all non union but similar take home pay. Granted that's for a fully licensed tech. If you are new It's going to be around 17 an hour and goes up from there depending on experience and the amount of licenses you hold. Hvac you are going to need plumbing s, electrical s, EPA, Nat GAS and propane, oil.

Yep, did you see how many signs there were compared to his competition? In their minds Vermonters support him more because there are more signs, so if he looses then the election was stolen. It’s going to happen if Klar looses in Orange. I can’t get over the amount of sign spamming all along the 14. It’s not even in peoples yards but just random places like in the Williamstown Gulf. I know they didn’t ask the property owners permission bc they live in New Zealand.

US and European powers staying out of the Worlds business is how Hitler came about. History repeats itself unless we learn from the past. Putins military actions read exactly how Hitler started his military actions. No one stood up to stop Hitler until it was too late. Read a book.

Then they should consider returning 50% of the cover if there is a proof of purchase from a vendor.
