Maybe you’re just easily offended and find offense where there is none. Explain to me how is saying graphite in my opinion is a tool for a beginner/learning stage offensive. You know what, don’t even explain, just remove yourself and delete your cancel culture ass comment.

Yea I guess you’re right about the pressing hard part. Nothing wrong with using it, it has a nice appearance, just always hated the silvery shine it gives. But with your lite shading style, you don’t suffer from that so it’s understandable.

Why not use charcoal though. I look at graphite as a learning man’s/woman’s tools. I hate the way graphite has that silvery shine in the light. Fabre Castell has a set of “Matte” graphite pencils. It still has a small bit of shine to them, but not nearly as much as other brands. Overall though, I’d just use charcoal pencils. Nevertheless, this is a good drawing
