I just lowered it enough to speak, I didn’t even saw him really since I did not lowered the window enough to go pass the window rain guards. Second, I did left, he followed me.

Stalking/harassing is a crime. And as human being, I reacted accordingly, which is to protect. Thankfully it didn’t got to that point obviously because it wasn’t right thing to do now thinking calm headed which I wasn’t at that point.
